Community Development Technical Assistance

CaRDI engages Cornell faculty, CCE educators, and other partners to provide communities with technical assistance to address development needs and opportunities.  This assistance ranges from guiding community members through a tailored community development process designed to achieve their development goals (e.g., a new economic development plan and implementation process, a new park, new local food markets, community energy resources, etc.) to connecting communities and regions focused on similar issues with one another and pointing communities to specific development tools and resources. CaRDI collaborates with local, regional, state, and federal level public and private partners, including community-based Cornell Cooperative Extension professionals, in our provision of technical assistance.
